ホテル ドゥ ラベイユ - オルレアン

ホテルスタッフの対応がとても良く、チェックイン時に周辺の観光スポットをいろいろ教えてくれて助かりました。 ホテルの出入りにはブザーでスタッフを呼んで開けてもらう方式なので、安心して滞在できました。 ジャンヌ･ダルクの調度品が数多く飾られており、オルレアンの滞在を楽しむことが出来ました。 また、駅からすぐの距離でメインストリートに面しているので立地条件も満足行くものでした。

私自身はさほど気にならなかったのですが、その立地上メインストリートを走るトラム（路面電車）の音が聞こえるので、気になる方は気をつけてください。

とても綺麗で可愛らしいホテルでした。部屋の隅々まで凝った装飾で、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。ロケーションも目の前が繁華街だったので、とても便利でした。

Room was very cold. No elevator and noone helping to carry luggage. No minibar.

Beautiful hotel with original features. Close to tram and bus and shopping. It has been in the same family for many years and is managed by the family. The welcome was excellent with the young lady taking a real interest in us and making sure we had all the information we needed.

We are pensioners with walking difficulties and were disappointed to learn after we had booked the there was no lift. Booked.net should ensure that the client has this information before booking. However in our case we called the hotel who agreed to put us on the first floor and to help with bags. It did not affect us but there appeared to be no air conditioning

Very centrally located within the town and the proximity to Paris made this hotel a perfect stop over before catching a morning flight

In general the hotel is a good choise if you are looking a place to visit Orleans . The room is standard and clean. The personal is adorable.

It is an old property, the maintenance is good, but it is noisy, your can hear your neighbours.

No lift

Thought there is no lift and I was on the 2nd floor the female reception staff immediately volunteered to carry my bag up themselves - and did so. I had a comfortable corner room with two double glazed doors on to the balcony. It was so quiet I could see the trams immediately outside but could not hear them. There is no air conditioning but the powerful fan supplied was completely sufficient in the middle of August. Very helpful and professional staff with excellent English. For those coming by car there are meters in the street which finish at 19.00 and restart at 09.00. Their system means that you can prepay the night before and it will clock the time from 09.00 the next morning. Absolutely brilliant.

The hotel has bags of character and has an old world charm with modern attitudes. A lovely place.

Location in a handsome street within easy walking distance of the oldest part of Orleans. Lovely old building. Amazing period decor and furniture. Friendly welcome in French and English from decorative young staff! 24 hour reception. Spotless large modern bathroom. Excellent strong hot shower with lots of space. Comfortable bed. Modern flat screen television which we did not get round to using. We had a quiet room looking into a smaller inner space which had been imaginatively painted to create a pleasant impression. We were given advice from reception about some restaurants closer to the river and had a classic French dinner at one of them (La Petite Marmite). Cassoulette de boudin blanc et escargots etc. a wonderful nuit d'ete in old France.

There was nothing that we did not like about the hotel. Some people might find the lack of parking a problem. We arrived early on Saturday evening and parked in the street outside, free from 1800 and all Sunday so we only had to pay for a few minutes until 1800. During the week there might be more of a problem but one could use one of the public parkings in Orleans. We knew about the parking issue so left our heavy luggage out of sight in the boot of the car and took an overnight bag to our room. The other reason for doing this is that there is no lift. The young guy at reception offered to help with our overnight bags but they were no problem.
